We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for full-price items in unworn, original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return
- Request Authorization
- Log in to your account and visit the Return Portal
- Select items for return and print your prepaid label (U.S. only)
- Prepare Your Package
- Include the original packing slip
- Securely repackage items in original dust bags/boxes
- Ship Your Return
- Drop off at any UPS location (U.S.)
- International customers: Use tracked mail and retain customs forms
Refund Process
- Timeline: 5–10 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Original payment form
- Deductions:
- Original shipping fees (unless defective)
- $9.95 return fee for international orders
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Return original item per standard process
- Place a new order for preferred size

Damaged/Defective Items
