We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for full-price items in unworn, original condition with all tags attached.

❌ Items without original packaging


How to Return

  1. Request Authorization
    • Log in to your account and visit the Return Portal
    • Select items for return and print your prepaid label (U.S. only)
  2. Prepare Your Package
    • Include the original packing slip
    • Securely repackage items in original dust bags/boxes
  3. Ship Your Return
    • Drop off at any UPS location (U.S.)
    • International customers: Use tracked mail and retain customs forms

Refund Process

  • Timeline: 5–10 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment form
  • Deductions:
    • Original shipping fees (unless defective)
    • $9.95 return fee for international orders

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  1. Return original item per standard process
  2. Place a new order for preferred size
    Subject to availability – we recommend ordering new items promptly

Damaged/Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Document the issue with photos within 48 hours
  2. Submit via our Quality Claim Form
